These Terms of Service (Terms) govern your use of the Groovo mobile application and website (the Services) provided by Groovo Pty Ltd (Groovo, we, us). By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Services.
You must be at least 16 years of age and a resident of Australia to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
To place an order you must create an account with your name, email address and a password. You may sign in with Apple or Google instead if you prefer. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account. You must not share your account with others. Tell us promptly at support@Groovo.com.au if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
When you place an order through the Services:
Payment is processed at the time of order placement via Stripe. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Afterpay. All payment processing is conducted by Stripe — Groovo does not store your full card details.
In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and refund any payment made.
You must collect your order within your selected time slot. Orders not collected within 30 minutes of the slot end time may be cancelled and restocked. Refunds for uncollected orders are at the discretion of the partner store.
When you arrive at the store, tap "I'm Here" in the app. Staff will bring your order to your designated collection bay. You acknowledge that collection bays are on private property and you must comply with the store's traffic and safety requirements.
Refunds are processed to your original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property in the Services are owned by Groovo or our licensors. You may not use, copy, or reproduce any part of the Services without our prior written consent. You retain ownership of any content you submit (such as your vehicle details and order notes), but grant us a licence to use it to provide the Services.
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law (including the Australian Consumer Law), Groovo's total liability to you in connection with the Services is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order.
Groovo is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage, including loss of income, data, or goodwill.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any right or remedy, or any guarantee, warranty, or other term or condition, implied or imposed by the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited.
Partner stores are independent businesses. Groovo is not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of products sold by partner stores, or for any acts or omissions of partner stores. Your contract for the sale of goods is with the partner store, not Groovo.
You may close your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at our discretion, with or without notice.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via the app or email. Your continued use of the Services after the changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
